www.walletz4u.com exercises refunds for products whose eligibility is based solely on the assessment or review of the customer support team. Once the product refund is declared/concluded eligible, the refund process is initiated and issued to the original payment method i.e., Debit, Credit, Net Banking, UPI to your bank account, Cash On Delivery

Refund Conflicts

Refund payment will be done via Pay Bearer Cheque or Demand Draft, if either of the below scenarios occurs

  1. The payment method used at the time of purchase for the respective order viz., credit/ debit card/ UPI etc, is invalid
  2. Payment failure response from your concerned bank
  3. The name of your Walletz4U account should match with the name as per bank records
  4. Payment will not be processed to any third party account holder
  5. Cash On Delivery Orders – Refunds will be processed via NEFT / Walletz4U e-Wallet/ Cheque / Demand Draft, whichever is applicable as per customer information availed during the verification process
  6. Cheque: At-Par cheque issued are local payable across India. Walletz4U will not be responsible for delayed deposit, cheque not being processed, penalty for any banking deviance occurring at the customer end.

The customer care department will execute the due diligence required via call, email etc to collect your name (as per bank records), address etc to send the pay-bearer cheque or demand draft. The timeline mentioned above will begin only on the receipt of the customer details.

Returns Policy

Please note that all items listed/purchased from www.walletz4u.com are explicitly marked returnable & non-returnable

  1. Disposable Products: are returnable only within mentioned applicable return window, only if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, missing parts or accessories, defective or different from the product detail page.
  2. Electrical and Electronics products: If you want to report an issue with your Electronics, we request you to submit photo or video of the product issue/malfunction, to help us schedule a visit by the manufacturer technician to your location. You can raise your complaints via the customer support page. A resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report and as per the product purchase terms and conditions.
  3. Return are processed only when:
    • The technician report concludes the product was not damaged during your possession
    • The product is not tampered with, is the exact product that was delivered to you
    • The product retains the original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, accessories etc)
    • Non-Returnable:
      1. For Products marked as “non-returnable” in the respective product page, the buyer is solely responsible for placing order for Incorrect product, model, color, quantity etc
      2. A product is marked as non-returnable due to its specific nature of hygiene/health by professional/personal for activities involving care/wellness of individuals
    • Returns are solely assessed and exercised by www.walletz4u.com customer care team, if the above conditions/situation occurs and are accompanied by all related proof of order/payment/damaged delivery.
  4. Return Window:
    • Eligibility of product as mentioned in the specific Product Detail Page
    • 10 days’ replacement
      • Electronics
        1. Products are eligible for refund or free replacement, within 10 working days of delivery, in an unexpected event of damaged / defective / different / wrong item delivered
      • Consumables/Disposable
        1. Products marked consumable/disposable are ‘non-returnable’ as mentioned in the product detail page
        2. If you received damaged/defective/different product ordered by you, our customer support team will contact you to assess whether refund or free replacement is applicable.
  5. www.walletz4u.com shall not be liable in whatsoever manner for misuse of personal information stored in the electronic devices, if any.
  6. Please keep product(s) in original condition, donot tamper the user manual, warranty cards, and all original accessories from its manufacturer packaging. Will help us to execute a successful return pick-up of the product(s).
